FurFest at the Grove is first and foremost a historic preservation and community fundraiser. Every single pass purchase directly fuels two critical missions:

Restoring Historic Bushkill Park & Grove: Funding the physical restoration of the 1902 Whip Building and the Carousel Banquet Hall for future generations.
Community Wellness & Mentorship: Supporting accessible mental health mentorship through Positive Peer Mentoring (PPM) and inclusive officiant/family services via Inclusive Marriage Moments (IMM).

📜 Strict Ticket & Refund Policy

Because our convention operates as a direct non-profit fundraiser for historic park restoration, we maintain a firm ticketing policy:

All Ticket & Pass Sales Are Final: We are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including personal schedule changes, illness, travel delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Non-Transferable: Badges and convention passes cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged between different attendees or applied to future event years after purchase.
Pre-Order Deadline: All pre-order merchandise extras (including official VIP t-shirts, souvenir mugs, and flyer photo prints) must be ordered by August 1st, 2027. Pre-order merchandise is not sold at the park gate.

By standing firm on this policy, we guarantee that every dollar raised goes directly toward preserving the historic 1902 park grounds and supporting our community beneficiaries. Thank you for your understanding and generosity!

📌 SOFTWARE NOTE FOR WEEKEND & VIP PURCHASERS:

When booking a Weekend Pass ($70) or VIP Pass ($120) through our ticketing calendar, the system software may default to displaying your reservation start date as "Friday, Sept 24." This is a technical function of our booking calendar software. Please rest assured that all Weekend and VIP passes are valid for all three days of the festival (Friday, Sept 24 through Sunday, Sept 26, 2027)!

💵 GATE PAYMENT & "UNPLUGGED VENUE" ADVISORY

Bushkill Park operates as a charming vintage, "unplugged" venue. Due to limited Wi-Fi connectivity across the grove:

Online Advance Registration: Required for all official FurFest Convention Passes (Day, Weekend, VIP) to secure your badge, lanyard, pre-order merch, and private programming access.
At-the-Gate Purchases: General park admission ($5/day) and individual ride/food tickets at the gate require CASH.
ATM Location: An ATM is located inside Mom & Pop's Cafe, but you will need cash or a pre-purchased badge pass to enter through the main gate. Please stop at an ATM before arriving at the park!

Kick off FurFest at the Grove 2027 and the Music in the Park Festival Fundraiser with our family-friendly welcome night! Friday evening is open to all attendees, suiters, local families, and friends.

Vendors arrive early between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM all guest are able to hang out in the parking lot to watch vendors load in, pick up pre-ordered convention badges early at the main gate (7:00 PM), and explore the historic park grounds. At 8:00 PM, head into the historic Roller Skating Rink for our Friday Welcome Skate Party & DJ Battle featuring music, rolling wheels, dancing, and a relaxed community meetup. Your $10 gate admission covers entry, dancing, roller skating, and skate rentals!
