FurFest at the Grove is first and foremost a charity event dedicated to a beautiful cause. Every single ticket purchase is a direct donation that fuels two critical missions: the historic revival of Bushkill Park's beloved Midway and the expansion of accessible wellness programs in our community.
Because of our nature as a fundraiser, we have a strict and essential policy: all ticket sales are final.
This means we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including changes in personal schedule, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, we cannot facilitate exchanges or transfers between different ticket tiers after a purchase is complete.
We know life happens, and this policy is something we carefully consider. By standing firm on it, we can guarantee that every possible dollar goes directly to the restoration projects and charitable services we’ve promised to deliver.
