💡 THE "WHY" BEHIND OUR REGISTRATION PROCESS

At Panda Playhouse, we believe in being excellent neighbors. Because Bushkill Park & Grove is a historic landmark maintained by a dedicated team of volunteers, we designed our registration as a "One-Stop Shop" to minimize stress on the park’s staff.

The Collective Gift: By collecting registration fees through Panda Playhouse in advance, we can present Bushkill Park with a single, large donation from the furry community. This makes a powerful statement of our support for the structural restoration of the 1902 Whip Building and the Carousel Banquet Hall.
Specialized Logistics: FurFest attendees receive custom badges, lanyards, and food vouchers that the general park gate cannot accommodate.
Efficiency: We want to keep the main $5.00 cash entry lanes moving quickly for the general public. By handling our own check-in, we ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

⛺ THE "WHITE TENT" CHECK-IN PROCEDURE

When you arrive at the park, look for the Dedicated FurFest White Tent. This is your headquarters for the weekend.

Step 1: Show Your ID. All FurFest activities are 18+ (21+ for after-hours). You must present a valid government-issued photo ID to sign in.
Step 2: Claim Your Gear. This is where you will receive your event badge, lanyard, pre-order merchandise, and any VIP meal/snack vouchers.
Step 3: Signature. You will sign your event waiver and Costumed Entertainer Agreement (if applicable) here.

By heading straight to the White Tent, you help us keep things simple and stress-free for the Bushkill Park volunteers.

1. The Day Pass — $40 (Single Day)

Includes: Bushkill Park Admission (Saturday OR Sunday) + Access to all FurFest panels, meetups, and vendor areas for your selected day.
Perks & Merch: Official Day Pass Badge, Blue Lanyard, 1 BOGO Roller Skate Pass, 1 Chinese Auction Raffle Ticket, and a pre-ordered 4x6 Glossy Flyer Photo Print.

2. The Weekend Pass — $70 (Friday–Sunday)

Includes: 3-Day Bushkill Park Admission + Full FurFest private programming.
Perks & Merch: Official Weekend Pass Badge, Silver Lanyard, General skating rink access for the event, special reserved skating sessions 12 PM – 2 PM (Sat/Sun), 2 Chinese Auction Raffle Tickets, 1 PPM Pin/Button Ticket, 1 BOGO Roller Skate Pass, and pre-ordered Official Souvenir Mug + 5x7 Glossy Flyer Photo Print.

3. The Weekend VIP Pass — $120 (Full Experience)

Includes: 3-Day Park Admission + Saturday AND Sunday Unlimited Park Ride & Skate Wristbands.
Perks & Swag: Official VIP Badge, Gold Lanyard, 3 Chinese Auction Raffle Tickets, 1 PPM Pin/Button Ticket, and 1 BOGO Roller Skate Pass.
Food & Drink: Full Meal Voucher (Entrée, Bottled Drink, Popcorn) + 6-Drink Pass.
Pre-Order Merch: Official 2027 T-Shirt, Official Souvenir Mug, and 8x10 Glossy Flyer Photo Print.

📦 Pre-Order Merchandise Note

Pre-order merchandise (photo prints, mugs, T-shirts) is available across all pass tiers. Make sure to lock in your extras during your online registration by August 1, 2027!

⏰ IMPORTANT DEADLINES & POLICIES

Vetting Calls Policy: Vetting calls are required only for those applying to host panels, workshops, or special events. General attendees do not need a vetting call—simply use the registration link below! If hosting, contact @MissRinRin on Telegram to schedule your quick 15-minute call prior to receiving your link.
August 1, 2027: Online digital pre-order sales close.
At-The-Door Registration: After August 1, online sales close. If we have not reached our 350-person cap, remaining badges will be available at the White Tent for CASH, CHECK, or MONEY ORDER ONLY. (Please note: Pre-order merchandise perks like t-shirts and mugs are not available for at-the-door purchases).
Strict No-Refund Policy: All badge and pass sales are final and directly support historic park restoration.

🎭 THE COSTUMED ENTERTAINER DISCOUNT

Receive $15 OFF any pass tier! Help us "Make Memories" for the children and families visiting the park. If you agree to perform in suit for 4+ hours across Saturday and Sunday in public festival areas (such as the Midway and Car Show zones):

How it Works: The $15 discount will be applied automatically during the digital registration checkout process.
White Tent Check-In: You will be asked to sign a Costumed Entertainer Agreement at badge pickup confirming your commitment to suit up for at least 2 hours per day.
