🌟 Overview & Theme Intro

Welcome to the official Vendor Marketplace guide for FurFest at the Grove 2027! Artists, dealers, crafters, and food vendors bring energy and community to our Midway while supporting the 125th‑anniversary restoration of Bushkill Park and our partners Positive Peer Mentoring (PPM) and Inclusive Marriage Moments (IMM). We confirm spaces only after we receive and process payment. All vendor fees and sales contributions directly support festival beneficiaries.

Theme — Monsters & Musicians

This year’s FurFest at the Grove kicks off spooky season with “Monsters & Musicians” — a family‑friendly Tent or Treat celebration pairing seasonal fun with live music and community spirit. Vendors are welcome to join the theme by decorating booths, dressing staff/volunteers, and offering themed products or samples.

• Promotional Perk for Themed Vendors: Opt into the theme and submit a decoration photo or description by June 1, 2027, to be featured in at least one pre-event social media post!

• Best Themed Booth Award: Voted by attendees and judges. The winner receives an official winner certificate and a free 1-day vendor spot for the 2028 festival (non-transferable, standard space category).
