Everything You Need to Know for a Perfect Weekend at Bushkill Park!
Celebrating 125 Years of Joy at Historic Bushkill Park & Grove (1902–2027)
🕰️ STEP BACK IN TIME: THE "UNPLUGGED" EXPERIENCE
In keeping with our heritage theme, "Making Memories Since 1902," we invite our guests to experience the park as it was intended—unplugged, historic, and fully connected to the moment and each other.
⚠️ CRITICAL LOGISTICS & PAYMENT POLICY:
-
Physical Payment Only at Gate: We accept Cash, Personal/Business Checks, and Money Orders at the main entrance gate.
-
No Internet / Wi-Fi at Gate: There is no internet access across the grove. Consequently, we cannot process Credit Cards, Debit Cards, or Digital Wallets (Apple Pay/Venmo) at the main entry gate or the FurFest VIP registration desk.
🍔 Note: Mom & Pop’s Café does accept debit, credit, and tap for food and snack purchases!

❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (MEGA FAQ)
Jump to a Section:
🎟️ FURFEST PASSES & REGISTRATION
-
Q: What exactly does a FurFest Pass include?
A: General Park Admission ($5) only grants access to the public grounds and music. FurFest Passes (Day, Weekend, VIP) include official badges, lanyards, pre-order merch, and exclusive access to Pavilion 4 panels, species meetups, fursuit games, parade participation, and the Headless Lounge. -
Q: Can minors attend FurFest?
A: No. All private FurFest programming (panels, meetups, headless lounge) is strictly 18+. However, minors and families are welcome to attend the general public Music in the Park Festival! General park admission is $5.00 (ages 3 and under are free), and unlimited ride wristbands are $20.00. -
Q: Can I upgrade my pass at the event? Are they transferable or refundable?
A: No. Passes are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. You cannot upgrade a Day Pass to a Weekend Pass at the gate. -
Q: What happens if I lose my badge?
A: There is a $5.00 replacement fee. You must go to the registration desk and present a copy of your original receipt. -
Q: Do I need to print a receipt or confirmation for pre-orders?
A: YES! You must bring a printed or digital copy of your receipt to pick up your badge and pre-ordered merchandise.
🛍️ VENDORS & EXHIBITORS

Q: Can I pay for my Vendor Fee with a check?
A: Yes! Business or personal checks are accepted. Please see our Get Involved page for mailing instructions to our Sunbury office. -

Q: Can I sell food or drinks as a vendor?
A: Food trucks are welcome, but there are strict prohibited items! Food vendors may NOT sell: Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Popcorn, Soft Pretzels, Ice Cream, Snow Cones, Water, or Soda (as these compete with the park's own historic snack bar). -

A: Yes! You can select an electricity add-on when you fill out your vendor application.

Q: Are there vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?
A: Since we do not know all food truck menus in advance, we unfortunately cannot guarantee specific dietary options. -

A: Yes. If you have strict allergies or medical dietary needs, you must call Bushkill Park & Grove in advance to request permission to bring a small amount of outside food to the park. -
