Terrain & Wheelchair Accessibility

Bushkill Park is a historic, outdoor venue. Attendees should be prepared to navigate a mix of terrain, including paved paths, loose stone/gravel, grass, and wooden decks.

• Building Access: All main buildings are wheelchair accessible. While Hilarity Hall does have an upstairs section, wheelchair users are able to bypass the stairs and still enjoy the facilities.

Sensory Warnings (Please Read)

FurFest and Music in the Park is a vibrant, loud, and active festival. Attendees will experience live bands, multiple DJ stands, revving engines from the Car Show, and vintage flashing lights.

​

• No Quiet Zones: Please be aware that there are no silent areas on the festival grounds. Even the Roller Rink and Mom & Pop's Café will have music playing constantly.

​

• Preparation: If you or someone in your group is easily overstimulated, earplugs or noise-canceling headphones are highly recommended.

Food, Beverage & Bag Checks

• No Outside Food or Drink: To support the park's fundraising efforts, outside food, coolers, water cases, and alcohol are strictly prohibited.

​

• Security Check: All bags and props will be checked at the White Tent upon entry.

​

• Dining: Food and beverages can be purchased at the historic Mom & Pop's Café, as well as from the various Food Trucks listed on our Vendor page. (Menu prices vary).

Health, Emergencies & Weather

• First Aid: A basic First Aid station is located near Mom & Pop's Café.

​

• Lost & Found / Lost Children: Any lost items (wallets, phones, fursuit props) or lost children should be brought immediately to Mom & Pop's Café—please ask for Sue.

​

• Weather Policy: The festival is Rain or Shine! Many of our pavilions are fully roofed, and bands will often continue playing in the rain. However, outdoor vintage rides will shut down for safety in the event of heavy rain or thunderstorms. In severe weather, attendees may seek shelter inside the Carousel Banquet Hall or the Roller Rink or choose to leave the park.
