Panels & Meetups — FurFest at the Grove 2027 🏛️🐾

Theme: Monsters and Musicians on the Midway 🦇🎸

Celebrating 125 Years: Bushkill Park & Grove (1902–2027)

🌟 Welcome to Pavilion 4 & Mom & Pop’s Porch!

Welcome to the beating heart of our convention community! Here at FurFest at the Grove 2027, our theme—Monsters and Musicians on the Midway—comes alive in two very special gathering spaces designed for learning, sharing, and connecting. Whether you want to dive deep into fandom education, brush up on your social skills, or find your exact species pack, these are your homes away from home for the weekend:

  • Pavilion 4 is our private, strictly 18+ educational hub—home to interactive panels, hands-on workshops, and creative crafting sessions.

  • Mom & Pop's Café Porch is our casual, open-air community meetup spot—where species meetups, creative jams, and social mixers happen all weekend long for registered 18+ attendees.

Whether you're here to master a new skill, share your artwork, or simply howl with fellow monsters under the autumn trees, there is a seat waiting just for you. Take a look through our official schedule below to plan your weekend, and get ready to make memories at Pennsylvania's historic 1902 amusement park!

🤝 Meet the Panelists & Host a Panel!

Meet the Magic Makers

While the historic rides and beautiful grove provide the setting, our incredible team of volunteers, artists, educators, and meetup organizers truly brings the magic of FurFest at the Grove to life! Every person hosting a panel, leading a species meetup, or wearing an official Staff/Volunteer badge is donating their time to help us restore historic Bushkill Park & Grove. Whether they are peace-bonding props at the main gate, guiding a photo meetup by Hilarity Hall, or monitoring the 10x10 Headless Lounge Tent to keep suiters cool, they are the heartbeat of this event.

Meeting Your Panelists

After each Pavilion 4 session, hosts will be available at the front of the pavilion for a few minutes to answer questions and say hello. You can also often find panelists and meetup hosts around the Porch or Midway throughout the day — feel free to give a friendly wave or a quick thank-you, but please be mindful of their downtime and the Headless Lounge privacy rules.

Want to Host a Panel or Organize a Meetup for 2027?

We welcome community members to share their talents, art, and knowledge! Panel host applications and species meetup host requests are open through August 1st, 2027.
