The "Why" Behind Our Registration Process

At Panda Playhouse, we believe in being excellent neighbors. Because Bushkill Park & Grove is a historic landmark maintained by a dedicated team of volunteers, we have designed our registration to be a "One-Stop Shop" that minimizes stress on the park’s staff.

1. The Collective Gift: By collecting registration fees through Panda Playhouse in advance, we can present Bushkill Park with a single, large donation from the furry community. This makes a powerful statement of our support for the restoration of the Whip and the Banquet Hall.

​

2. Specialized Logistics: FurFest attendees receive custom badges, lanyards, and food vouchers that the general park gate cannot accommodate.

​

3. Efficiency: We want to keep the main $5.00 cash entry lanes moving quickly for the general public. By handling our own check-in, we ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

The "White Tent" Check-In Procedure

When you arrive at the park, look for the Dedicated FurFest White Tent. This is your headquarters for the weekend.

​

• Step 1: Show Your ID. All FurFest activities are 18+ (21+ for after-hours). You must present a valid government-issued photo ID to sign in.

​

• Step 2: Claim Your Gear. This is where you will receive your event badge, lanyard, and any VIP meal/snack vouchers.

​

• Step 3: Signature. You will sign your event waiver and Costumed Entertainer Agreement (if applicable) here.

​

By heading straight to the White Tent, you help us keep things simple and stress-free for the Bushkill Park volunteers.

Pass Tiers & Pricing

(Online Until August 1st)

1. The Day Pass — $40 (Single Day)

• Includes: Bushkill Park Admission + Access to all FurFest panels, meetups, and vendor areas.

• Payment: Electronic via Panda Playhouse link.

​

2. The Weekend Pass — $70 (Friday–Sunday)

• Includes: 3-Day Bushkill Park Admission + Full FurFest programming.

​

• Perks: Special skating access 12 PM – 2 PM (Sat/Sun), 1 raffle ticket, and a festival sticker/pin.

​

• Payment: Electronic via Panda Playhouse link.

​

3. The Weekend PLUS VIP Pass — $110 (Full Experience)

• Includes: 3-Day Park Admission + Unlimited Park Ride & Skate Upcharge.

​

• Swag: Exclusive VIP badge, lanyard, and limited-edition enamel pin.

​

• The Midway Meal: One (1) Entrée and one (1) Snack at the historic snack bar (Voucher provided at the White Tent).

​

• Payment: Electronic via Panda Playhouse link.

​

Important Deadlines

• Vetting Calls: Must be completed prior to receiving the registration link. Contact @MissRinRin on Telegram to schedule.

• August 1, 2026: Online digital sales close.

​

• At-The-Door: If we have not reached our 350-person cap, remaining badges will be available at the White Tent for CASH, CHECK, or MONEY ORDER ONLY.

The Costumed Entertainer Discount

Receive $15 OFF any pass tier! Help us "Make Memories" for the children and families visiting the park. If you agree to perform in a suit for 2+ hours a day in public areas, your discount will be applied during the digital registration process.
