Stage 1: The Main Stage (Public/Open Format)

• The Fursuit Parade (Saturday, 3:00 PM): A high-visibility march through the Midway to show off the community's creativity to the general public.

  • Duration: 60 minutes. Apply in advance via the Performer/Meetup Application to lead and promote this event.

• Fursuit Games (Sunday 2:00 PM): "Musical Chairs," "Red Light/Green Light," and "The Midway Dash."

  • Duration: 60 minutes. Apply in advance via the Performer/Meetup Application to host and advertise this event

 

The Rides and Photography Meetups

Photography Meet-ups are for both Saturday and Sunday​

• Photography Meetup (2:00 PM): Guided photo ops near the historic 1923 Carousel.

  • Apply in advance to be an official featured photographer for this session.

• Photography Meetup (4:00 PM): Hilarity Hall.

  • Apply in advance to be an official featured photographer for this session.

​

• Photography Meetup (6:00 PM): The Train.

  • Apply in advance to be an official featured photographer for this session.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: To enter Hilarity Hall or to ride the Carousel or Train for photo ops, you must have a VIP Pass or purchase ride tickets from Mom & Pop’s Café (10 tickets total required for these attractions).

Pavilion 4 (Private/Panda Playhouse 18+ Events)

​

• Fursuiting 101: Survival in the PA Humidity: Tips on hydration, cooling vests, and maintaining suits in outdoor environments.

  • Duration: 30 minutes. Apply in advance to be the confirmed instructor for this class.

​

• Kink 101: Negotiation & Consent: A foundational class by Panda Playhouse on how to discuss boundaries and safety.

  • Time: Saturday at 1:00 PM (15 minutes). Led by Miss RinRin.

​

• Communication Lab: Role-playing boundary-setting for new community members.

  • Time: Sunday at 1:00 PM (15 minutes). Led by Miss RinRin.

​

• The "Unplugged" Art Jam: A traditional drawing session (no iPads!) celebrating the "Unplugged" theme of the park.

  • Time: 7:00 PM. Duration: 60 minutes. Apply in advance via the Meetup Application to host this session.

Meetups & Mixers (Staggered by Interest)

• Species Meetups: (e.g., Canines at 1:00 PM, Felines at 3:00 PM, Scalies at 5:00 PM).

  • If you would like to run or organize a species meetup, please submit your application in advance for inclusion in the official schedule.

• The "Mom & Pop's" Social: A casual meetup at the cafe for food and "gossip" (keeping with Miss RinRin’s childhood tradition).

  • Time: Saturday at 8:00 PM. A great time for a midnight snack! Led by Miss RinRin.

​

• Service & Veteran Furry Meetup: A special Sunday morning mixer for our military and veteran furs.

  • Location: Carousel Banquet Room. Time: Noon. Apply in advance via the Meetup Application to lead and promote this mixer.

After-Hours (21+ Off-Site)

​

• The Downtown After-Party: High-energy dancing and DJ sets at our partner venue.

​

• The After-Dark Hangout: A BDSM-friendly, consent-focused sanctuary for exploration.​​
