Music in the Park Festival & Fundraiser 2026
1. Terms & Conditions

By entering the grounds of Bushkill Park & Grove (the "Park") for the Music in the Park Festival & Fundraiser (the "Event"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. This event is organized by Positive Peer Mentoring (PPM) and Inclusive Marriage Moments (IMM) in collaboration with Bushkill Park & Grove.
Ticket & Refund Policy

Admission: General Admission ($5.00) is payable by Cash Only at the gate. VIP All-Day Fun Passes ($20.00) are payable by Cash, Business/Personal Check, or Money Order. You may pay by debit or credit at Mom and Pop's Cafe after you enter the park.

No Refunds: As this is a fundraiser for the restoration of the Whip Building and Carousel Banquet Hall, all sales are final.

Rain or Shine: The Event is a rain-or-shine fundraiser. In the event of extreme weather, the organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule for safety reasons.
Re-Entry & Access

Hand Stamps: Re-entry to the festival grounds is permitted only with a valid same-day hand stamp.

Prohibited Items: For the safety of our guests and the preservation of our historic 1902 grounds, the following are prohibited: outside alcohol, weapons of any kind, illegal substances, glass containers, professional camera equipment (without prior press accreditation), and drones.

Food & Beverage: No outside food or beverages are permitted.
Code of Conduct

Family-Friendly Environment: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior. We celebrate the diversity of love and community; any behavior that undermines our mission of inclusivity will result in immediate removal without a refund.

Safety: Guests must follow all posted safety signs and verbal instructions from Park staff, especially regarding historic rides and the skating rink.
Liability Waiver

Inherent Risk: Attendees acknowledge that Bushkill Park & Grove is a historic site established in 1902. By entering, guests assume all risks related to the use of vintage amusement rides, roller skating, and navigation of historic terrain.

Release: Guests agree to release and hold harmless Positive Peer Mentoring, Inclusive Marriage Moments, and Bushkill Park & Grove from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss occurring on the premises.
2. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is a priority for us at PPM and IMM. Because we operate as an "Unplugged" event, we do not collect or store financial data online.
Information We Collect

Communication: We collect names and email addresses only via our website forms (Volunteer, Vendor, or Performer applications) or our optional newsletter signup.

Physical Records: Any checks or money orders received for sponsorships or vendor fees are handled with strict physical security and are not digitized or stored on cloud servers.
How We Use Information

We use your contact information solely for event coordination and to provide updates on our restoration progress.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties.
Compliance (GDPR & CCPA)

While our event is localized to Pennsylvania, we respect international standards. Users may request the deletion of their contact information from our email lists at any time by contacting BushkillParkandGrove@gmail.com.

The Challenge: Bushkill Park is a historic 1902 grove. Some areas feature original walkways, grass fields, and uneven terrain that reflect its 124-year history.

Our Work in Progress: As part of our restoration efforts, we are actively seeking In-Kind sponsorships for accessible ramps and matting.
